What is the best way to clean a hat (Baseball Hat)?
My bf has THE DIRTEST had ever. It's all sweaty looking, smells and LOOKS dirty. He won't get a new one because he loves the darn thing so much. How do I get it clean without ruining the shape of the bill of the hat?

A lot of people put them in the top rack of the dishwasher, but I just can't bring myself to wash a dirty, sweaty, ball cap the same place I'll be washing my dishes later, so I throw them in the washing machine, usually with a load of jeans. Pre-treat with Shout or Spray-n-Wash if it's REAL dirty. When you take it out of the washer you can reshape the bill easily, if needed. I hang it on the clothes line or on a hook on the bathroom door to dry. Very simple!
