How much should I sell this for?
I have a lot of over 150 pieces of baby girl clothes size newborn-3 months that I want to get rid of. I want to sell them on craigslist as a whole (trying to avoid the hassle of ebay charges and shipping the clothes). The clothes are all in great condition and includes Baby Gap, Old Navy, Tommy Hilfiger, Carters, and other name brands. How much should I ask for it? I don't want to get ripped off like I have on some other items I have sold recently. --- I Don't know what category to put this in. I figure moms will have a suggestion though lol.
Can I make a suggestion?
That is an excessive amount of clothing. If I was in the market for baby clothes, I wouldn't want that much in one size and I wouldn't fork over $150 ($1/piece) when I really only need a quarter of that. If I wanted to unload baby clothes I'd take it to a consignment store. They'll either give you cash or you can trade it in for store credit (you'll get more in credit than cash).
It will save you from dealing with Craigslist weirdos who will start calling you asking for freebies, and let you acquire gently used clothing for your child's current or future sizes.
